This is an alpha version of our Bio-metrical music recommendation. It works with Garmin smartwatches, and provides insights and musical recommendations, reflecting the effect of the music on your body.
The app is based on solid scientific evidence, that correlates specific musical attributes such as Tempo, key, Complexity and Frequency, to Bio-markers such as Heart rate, Stress levels and respiratory rates.
Over all, the app gives the researcher a way to measure the well-known effect of music on subjects, while optimizing well-being and managing tress levels.
